Every prepared subject and language lesson is free, including its explanations, pictures and recorded voice.

Live conversations, homework analysis and custom AI replies use your plan’s study allowance. Coins buy tutor unlocks, outfits, hints and heart refills.

1. Check that sound is on and your device volume is up.
2. Tap Replay or Hear to enable audio in your browser.
3. For live calls, allow microphone access when your browser asks.

If the whiteboard stops following the explanation, press Resume tutor view. Drawing, zooming and panning pause it so you can work.

You start with five hearts. A wrong quiz answer uses one. One heart refills every 10 minutes; you can also use coins for a refill. Paid plans include unlimited hearts.

First-time lesson completions and quests earn coins. A Student earns 2× coins; A+ Student earns 3×. Daily quests and streaks use UTC days.

Language reviews can earn a review reward once per lesson on later days. Subject reviews and assisted practice keep your streak going without duplicate lesson rewards. Reviewing a completed lesson restores one heart, once per lesson each day.

Check that you’re signed into the same account, then use Retry if a loading message appears. Account progress and guest progress stay separate.

Guest progress is saved in this browser. Sign in to keep account progress across devices. Only import a guest study plan if it’s yours; browser-only coins and XP cannot be imported.

In the studio, upload a clear page with the question and your answer. Files can be up to 10 MB. Your tutor can explain the steps or check your work.

Leave passwords, payment details and unnecessary personal information out of uploads. You can remove uploaded material or export your board inside the studio.

Open Account to manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe. Clearing study data does not cancel a subscription.
