Your study data

What is saved
Verified accounts keep an email address, a protected password hash and session information. Saved studios include chat messages, boards, tutor choices, uploaded materials and demonstrated learning preferences. Learning records include lesson progress, earned coins, outfit selections, hearts and quests. Guest plans and practice may be stored only in your browser and are kept separate from account data.
Where requests go
Live tutoring sends the relevant conversation and selected homework or board images to OpenAI. Voice generation uses Fish Audio or OpenAI; a tutor voice service receives text needed to produce speech. Live calls may send microphone audio to the configured voice services. Saved lesson recordings can play without generating a new reply. Stripe processes subscriptions and payments, Resend sends account verification emails, and Vercel hosts the app and private saved records. Optional GeoGebra and external teaching references load from their respective services.
How long records stay
Saved study records currently remain until you delete material or clear saved study data. Account verification codes expire after ten minutes and sessions expire after seven days; expiry does not promise immediate erasure of the underlying service record. Billing, usage, security and authentication records are separate from study data. Payment-provider records and operational logs follow those providers’ retention policies. This notice does not promise a deletion schedule for backups or third-party records that the app cannot verify.
Your controls
Account settings provide a download of saved study records and uploads, and a password-protected way to clear them. Clearing study data deletes boards, uploads, your plan, progress, coins and outfit unlocks and revokes existing account sessions. It keeps your login account, usage records and subscription; cancel your subscription separately through Stripe. Browser copies may remain on other devices until their site data is cleared.
Manage your account and study dataSharing and diagnostics
Your uploaded materials and saved studios are accessed through authenticated routes. Phone scan links authorize uploading to a particular studio. Performance diagnostics record stages and durations; the browser timing history stays on that browser. Do not include sensitive information in homework unless it is necessary for your question.
